Watermark Restaurant

While the Watermark Restaurant is now closed for the summer months reopening on 1st November, the hotel facilities will remain open to non residents, including the tennis court, pool and beach with a simple menu available at the bar”.

Steps from the beach The Watermark is the newest addition to the vibrant culinary landscape of Tortola. Dine in style amongst the cool breezes and rhythmic waves and taste from our seasonal menu focusing on fresh seafood and selected wines.

Chef Todd Howard fine tuned his craft serving as Chef de Partie with Gordon Ramsay at the Michelin starred Connaught Hotel in London and then at the famous Fat Duck Restaurant training under Chef Heston Blumenthal. Chef Howard quickly rose amongst the ranks of Chefs in some of the top restaurants of Vancouver, British Columbia, including the critically acclaimed West Restaurant.

Chef Howard leads a strong crew and is eager to display his culinary talents, bringing his modern influences to our Mediterranean inspired menu.

Dinner served Tuesday to Sunday from 6 to 10.

Sunday Brunch served from 12 to 3.
