Policies
Minimum stay three nights.
Prices are subject to a 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
We welcome children of 4 years old and above.
Check-in time is normally 3:00pm with a check-out time of 12:00pm.
All our cottages are non smoking.
All rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom.
50% deposit required on confirmation of booking.
A security deposit of one night’s stay will be charged at check-in.
Cancellations
Deposits will be fully refunded if cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival with 50% of the deposit refunded for cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Travellers insurance is highly recommended.
Children
We welcome children of 4 years and older.
In our one bedroom cottages, a child may stay free with their parents. Two children may stay free with their parents in the two bedroom cottages.
Babysitting services are available with advance notice.
How To Get Here
The resort is a 45 minute drive from Beef Island airport easily accessed with direct flights from St Thomas, San Juan, St Maarten, Antigua and St Kitts. We are a five minute drive from West End ferry terminal, accessed by direct ferry services from St Thomas and St John.

Scuba for Two
Opportunity to certify in a PADI Open Water Course, alternatively certified divers may book 10 dives.
