Policies
Minimum stay three nights.
10 night minimum between December 15 - January 3
Prices are subject to a 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
We welcome children of 4 years old and above.
Check-in time is normally 3:00pm with a check-out time of 11:00am.
All our cottages are non smoking.
All rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom.
50% deposit required on confirmation of booking.
A security deposit of one night’s stay will be charged at check-in.
Cancellations
Deposits will be fully refunded less a 5% processing fee for cancelations received within 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Travelers insurance is highly recommended.
How To Get Here
The resort is a 45 minute drive from Beef Island airport easily accessed with direct flights from St Thomas, San Juan, St Maarten, Antigua and St Kitts. We are a five minute drive from West End ferry terminal, accessed by direct ferry services from St Thomas and St John.
